I appreciate your interest in my cleaning service.
I offer both deep cleaning and maintenance cleaning for residential and commercial properties. I am a Japanese mom who lives in the Bay Area for over 30 years. After having experience at house cleaning brand company in Fremont CA, I started own business "Koko House Cleaning" since 2015.

Proudly to announce that I have been trained and certified by CleaningCertification.com. Required courses are based on guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

I promise to use mostly harmless non-toxic natural cleaning supplies on most of the surfaces. However, we use chemical-based cleaners as needed.

***MAINTENANCE CLEANING***

Basic Cleaning is more common. If you don't believe that your home needs a deep cleaning and you would like to maintain your home clean, then Basic Cleaning is the way to go.

My standard basic cleaning details below:

*Dusting entire home (including dusting all furniture)

*Cleaning Kitchen countertop, stovetop, and polish all stainless

*Dusting living room area

*Cleaning bathrooms including removing hard water stains

*Cleaning bedrooms

*Cleaning all mirrors

*Cleaning banister

*Dusting the blinds (Excluding aluminum mini blinds)

*Vacuuming entire floor and  mopping with "Bona" for Vinyl Plank and Hardwood floors

*Cleaning light switch plates and door handles

*Cleaning the oven will cost $20 more,

*Cleaning inside refrigerator will cost $20 more. (We will clean the freezer when unplugged.)

*Laundry Service-Wash & Dry $10/Per Load, and (or) Fold Service $15/Per Load

  (laundry full service is $25 total/per load)

*Bed sheets change-$5 Twin & Full size and $10 for Queen and King size

***DEEP CLEANING***

If you haven't cleaned your residence in a while, consider getting a deep cleaning service. 

 

*Including all maintenance cleaning...  Plus...

*Cobwebbing all areas

*Dusting windowsills

*Cleaning window up to 7ft high (4 windows are free, after additional $5 per window)

*Steam Mopping to remove dirt, stain and sanitizing floors. 

*Cleaning (Wipe) inside & outside of the drawers, shelves, and cabinets (Move in & out cleaning only)
